I'm Teresa "Coach Tee" Strong Myrick, a nationally recognized bestselling author and certified Neuro-Transformational Results Coach who transforms lives through insightful writing and powerful coaching.
With an extensive background as a police officer, victim advocate, and family counselor, I bring deep empathy and real-world wisdom to my work with clients of all backgrounds. I've walked through fire myself and emerged stronger—and I'm here to walk with you.
I work with high-functioning adults — including entrepreneurs, executives, professional athletes, public figures, and survivors of trauma — helping them develop greater self-leadership, resilience, and purposeful living. My approach is holistic and trauma-aware, rooted in neuro-transformational results techniques that address deep-seated patterns and empower decisive action.
My Story
For years, I was the person everyone called. The problem-solver. The strong friend. The one who had it all together—even when I was falling apart inside. I spent decades serving others as a police officer and advocate, pouring into everyone around me while neglecting my own needs.
It wasn't until I hit my own breaking point that I realized: you can't pour from an empty cup. My journey of healing led me to neuro-transformational coaching, and it changed everything. I learned how to heal the root, not just manage the symptoms. I discovered that being strong doesn't mean doing it alone.
Now, I'm dedicated to helping other high-achievers—the ones everyone depends on—find their way back to themselves. I founded MyT Strong Network as a community devoted to personal transformation, where strength and vulnerability coexist, and where healing is not just possible—it's inevitable.
